CONTINENTAL US ORDERS
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax, or e-mail. Emergency orders should be called in without delay. Orders placed by 3:00 pm Central time will be shipped same day.
Net 30 terms, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Freight: Continental US orders in excess of $200.00 will not be charged standard freight. Federal Express, UPS Air and other expedited freight methods will be added to the invoice.
Returns within 30 days of invoice date are accepted with prior return authorization. Original container is required and items are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Items returned after 30 days and up to 60 days are subject to a restocking fee. In order to maintain product integrity, no returns will be accepted after 60 days.
IMEX™ Veterinary, Inc. gladly ships orders outside of the United States. In addition, IMEX™ distributors are located in various countries to help expedite orders and provide local customer service. When located in proximity of an IMEX™ distributor, customers will be provided with distributors contact information. Since every country has unique requirements we would ask that orders placed for export include:
- Exact address as it needs to appear on the delivery label and including country of destination
- Name of veterinarian and facility
- Phone number and fax number contacts to include city code
- Part numbers and quantities
- Any other information that needs to appear on invoice or shipping documents such as VAT numbers, brokerage information, etc.
As a general guideline, export freight is handled by United Parcel Service, Postal Service, FedEx, or other carrier. We attempt to balance customer's desire, cost, dependability, and accuracy when choosing a carrier.
Costs of merchandise and freight must be paid at the time of shipment for export orders. VISA and MasterCard are accepted for export orders. Payment in US Dollars unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Bank card payments should include card number, expiration date, card holders name, security code (last 3 digits in the signature area) and authorization to charge the card.
Accurate instructions as part of an accurate and detailed order will expedite the export order process and help us deliver your order in a matter of days.
