Large Animal Transfixation Pinning
These pins and related drill bits and taps are designed for lower limb application in large animal patients. Typically, fiberglass casting is used to incorporate the pins and hoof. Pins are of CENTERFACE™ fixation full-pin design but are commonly utilized with transfixation casting. Pre-drilling and tapping are required.
Other IMEX™ CENTERFACE™ and INTERFACE™ fixation pins can be utilized with large animal patients, including younger animals and exotic species.
