This advanced course is designed for veterinary surgeons, surgical residents and practitioners with a high level of orthopedic interest and experience. An introduction to components and biomechanics will be followed by lectures and laboratory exercises emphasizing treatment of angular limb deformities and difficult fractures using hybrid external fixation. Introduction to the use of Circular ESF for limb sparing and spinal trauma will be included.
