INTERFACE® Fixation Half-pins - Standard Threads
INTERFACE® ESF pins with standard thread profile can be utilized at all locations and are the most popular and versatile thread choice. Standard length versions are most popular, but extended length versions are useful when additional thread length is needed to span areas of larger bone diameter. INTERFACE® fixation pins do not feature the thread profile of a bone screw, but are designed with the unique environmental and mechanical differences between a bone screw and ESF pin being taken into design consideration.
